Domaine des Gauletteries Jasnieres Chenin Blanc is pale yellow, with notes of discreet white flowers and dry honey on the nose. Pear and some lovely crisp apple flavours, mingling with a delicious dry, minerally finish. A precise vineyard expression, both ripe and firm, impressively individual from the regions smallest and rarest appellation.
